Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is needed, and paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods about exterior home needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explaining the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, performance-based advancement, incentives, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
