About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to build sales, communication, and leadership skills. Team members engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, discuss exterior needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. Compensation is listed as $70,000–$140,000 per year, with base salary and uncapped commission.
