About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team in Blackwood, New Jersey. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to build sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves meeting homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods, discussing exterior needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explaining free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. Compensation is listed as $70,000–$140,000 per year, with base salary and uncapped commission.
