About The Position

Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is needed, and paid, hands-on training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. Team members engage homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods, discuss exterior needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with stated earning potential of $70,000–$140,000 or more. Responsibilities
