About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role performs light maintenance and fluid checks, and/or conducts initial inspections to identify vehicle imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress. The work takes place in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may involve exposure to excessive heat or cold. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Be able to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
