About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician to work in one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role involves performing light maintenance and fluid checks, and/or conducting initial vehicle inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. The position offers an hourly wage of $18–$20 and requires the ability to work mandatory overtime when business needs require it.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
