About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring remote Entry Level Agents to help individuals and families understand and enroll in supplemental benefit options. The role includes virtual client consultations, enrollment support, attentive client service, relationship building, and maintaining accurate digital records and follow-up communication. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. No prior insurance experience is required.

This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and must complete any applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Be confident with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Have strong communication and people skills.
• Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or consultative experience is preferred but not required.
• A background or interest in business, marketing, or communications.
