Enterprise SDR - US

BLP Digital AG•Boston, MA
•Onsite

About The Position

As an Enterprise SDR based in BLP’s Boston office, you will own outreach into US enterprise accounts, opening relationships with Finance and Procurement leaders and generating qualified opportunities for BLP’s agentic AI platform, which automates Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. This is an early commercial hire in a new market with no established US pipeline, case studies, or local playbook. You will help determine who buys, why they buy, and what outreach works, while helping build the playbook for future US hires. You will prospect and run discovery calls, including 30-minute meetings with senior stakeholders, and work day to day with the US Account Executive. You report directly to the VP of Business Development for now and draw on support from the European team and BLP’s Switzerland headquarters. You will monitor US procurement and finance processes, ERP transformation announcements, buying triggers, and market trends, using those insights to improve targeting and the sales approach. The role has a strong outbound and calling focus and uses HubSpot, Clay, Claude, and LinkMatch.

Requirements

  • Roughly 1 to 2+ years in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, with most experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience building or helping build an outbound motion rather than working only within an established one.
  • Knowledge of the US market and ability to navigate US enterprise buyers.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication, with the ability to adapt to CFO, CIO, CPO, and COO conversations.
  • Ability to run discovery calls with senior stakeholders, hold the room, and understand the buying center.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working without inbound leads, case studies, or an established script.
  • Problem-solving skills and natural curiosity to find creative solutions.
  • Interest in taking on responsibility beyond the typical SDR scope.
  • Ownership, willingness to ask for help when stuck, responsiveness to feedback, and ability to pass on learnings to future colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or Finance and Procurement buyers.
  • Experience as the first SDR in a new market or helping establish a new territory.
  • Knowledge of the ERP domain or experience selling Finance, Procurement, or industrial software, including familiarity with P2P/O2C processes.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot as a CRM and regular use of AI to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic outreach into enterprise accounts through cold calls and personalized messages, engaging CFO, CIO, CPO, and COO stakeholders.
  • Craft tailored value propositions based on stakeholder pain points across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT in Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, and executive sponsors.
  • Run and present 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders, owning the meeting rather than only booking it.
  • Position BLP against point tools and fragmented technology stacks using an end-to-end, exceptions-first narrative.
  • Monitor procurement and finance processes, ERP transformation announcements, buying triggers, and industry trends in agentic AI and ERP automation; apply findings to improve targeting.
  • Prioritize complex client tasks and identify potential bottlenecks to keep opportunities moving.
  • Own a pipeline-generation target and report proactively on progress, risks, and organizational support needed.
  • Flag ineffective approaches early and share market learnings with the team to improve the sales motion.
  • Help build the US outbound playbook and contribute to decisions about the sales technology stack as the motion matures.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission and high earning potential, with an expected six-figure package.
  • Equal on-target earnings structure to Account Executives.
  • Long-term participation in the company's success; details are discussed during the hiring process.
  • 25 days of paid vacation.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
  • Training and development, including product onboarding material and support from the EMEA SDR team.
  • Growth and autonomy in a rapidly scaling, internationally expanding company.
