Enterprise Sales Engineer

Assembled•San Francisco, CA
•$190,000 - $240,000•Onsite

About The Position

Assembled is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to help capture opportunities in support operations. This early-stage team role offers significant autonomy and impact. The role helps shape how Assembled positions and sells its platform, which unifies workforce management with AI agents so support teams can coordinate human staff, BPOs, and AI across chat, email, and voice. The Sales Engineer partners with Account Executives to guide opportunities from technical discovery through closure, translating complex requirements into clear solutions. The role extends beyond demonstrations: when a product gap arises during a deal, the Sales Engineer can work across product, engineering, and sales to build the feature customers need. The position is in person five days a week at Assembled offices in San Francisco or New York.

  • Build internal tools, scalable demonstrations, and enablement resources for the sales organization.
