About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Director sells Agfa HealthCare’s IT portfolio to hospitals and health systems in an assigned geography and named accounts. The role is responsible for growing new-business market share, developing the sales funnel, strategic planning, managing key targets, and achieving annual sales quota and management-by-objectives targets. The territory is New York, Connecticut, and New England, and the position is remote. The Director develops consultative relationships with key buying influences throughout prospective customers’ organizations, including senior and executive leaders. The role owns funnel management in the CRM system, develops territory and account strategies, and collaborates with colleagues and business partners to close business and grow assigned accounts. It also requires maintaining knowledge of Agfa HealthCare’s products, competitive offerings, territory market drivers, and customer objectives and purchasing plans. The position involves travel of up to 75% within the territory and to sales meetings and trade shows. Agfa describes a dynamic global organization, a challenging environment with supportive management, career development and growth, and a friendly workplace with dedicated colleagues. The company also describes a competitive salary and benefits package, with further compensation details—including variable and commission opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off—available during the hiring process.
