•$126,300 - $150,000

About The Position

Flashpoint is hiring an individual-contributor Sales Director for its Acquisition Sales team, owning net-new enterprise growth across New England. The role focuses on building pipeline from the ground up and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise security, fraud, and risk buyers. The director works with a BDR, Solutions Architects, intelligence analysts, Strategic Advisory, and other internal partners to bring Flashpoint’s intelligence solutions to organizations that have not previously worked with the company. The role is ideally based in the Northeast and requires in-person coverage across New England, including regular customer meetings. The territory includes enterprises in financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, and retail. Deals may involve multi-year agreements with ACVs from $100,000 to $1 million or more. The position is expected to maintain reliable CRM and forecast records, navigate complex procurement and contract reviews, and relay market feedback to Product and Marketing. The first 30 days include product onboarding, prioritizing target accounts with the leader, and connecting with regional customers. By 60 days, the director is expected to launch outbound activity with the BDR, deliver the company pitch and first-call demo, and begin qualifying opportunities using MEDDICC. By 90 days, the director should have completed sales and product training, developed qualified pipeline against quarterly targets, run demos and proofs of value with Strategic Advisory, and moved initial opportunities into late stage with mapped buying committees and clear paths to close. The stated base salary range is $126,300–$150,000, plus a 50/50 commission split.
