About the position

The job overview for this position is that Cybereason is seeking a High Touch Sales Account Manager to manage all aspects of client relationships. The main responsibilities include recruiting new clients, managing relationships, creating pipelines, driving deal closing, and executing the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to drive pipeline generation initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle, including finding, selling, closing, and following up
  • Act as a strategic business partner for clients in the responsible industry
  • Build executive relationships with clients and ensure proper alignment and strategy execution
  • Drive field marketing initiatives to build pipeline
  • Build a user group/reference group from the company-wide perspective
  • Manage Salesforce to manage leads and pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Engineers, and Marketing to drive overall client engagement
  • Make revenue plans and account plans
  • Drive pipeline generation initiatives to meet sales quotas
  • Identify opportunities in the market and move budgets from one project to another
  • Have a growth mindset and a proven track record of winning
  • Possess strong presentation and communication skills in both verbal and written Japanese
  • Be organized and analytical, able to overcome sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Be a professional and highly motivated team player
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering and Marketing to improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
  • Provide support and assistance to clients as needed
  • Attend and participate in company events and meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience of direct sales at an IT vendor or software solution provider (SaaS / cloud / security / network / platform / etc.)
  • Experience with making a revenue plan/account plan
  • Experience driving pipeline generation initiatives in order to meet sales quotas
  • A deep understanding of the market to identify opportunities and move budgets from one project to the other
  • Growth mindset and proven winner
  • Strong, effective presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written Japanese language skills, to convey Cybereason to audiences with varying skill levels - in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • 100% professional and highly motivated strong team player
  • Ideal professionals will be currently based and authorized to work in Japan
