About the position
We are seeking a NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation team at Cybereason. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring production infrastructure, troubleshooting alerts, and managing production infrastructure. You will also work closely with Technical Account Managers and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with Linux, strong troubleshooting skills, and a basic understanding of networks. Additionally, fluency in English and the ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, are required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production infrastructure and perform ongoing support and maintenance
- Solve Tier-1 Cases under defined SLA's
- Work closely with the company’s Technical account managers and Sales teams
- Troubleshoot production monitoring alerts
- Manage production infrastructure
- Have a basic understanding of networks
- Work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Have great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Be detail-oriented and able to work both individually and within a team
- Have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Have experience with Linux
- Have experience with Apache, Tomcat, or Java (nice to have)
- Have experience with GCP, OCI (nice to have)
- Have experience with SQL, BQ (nice to have)
Requirements
- Student of Computer Science or equivalent with at least a year of studies remaining
- Experience with Linux
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of networks
- Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
- Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
