About the position
This role is part of the Sales group at Cybereason, a leading cybersecurity company. The successful candidate will be responsible for changing the security market and customer perceptions with next-generation endpoint technology. They will work in a fast-paced environment, conducting demos and proof of concepts, and understanding the attack life cycle to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of technical experience as a sales engineer, strong knowledge of operating systems, security industry trends, and excellent communication skills. They should also be a self-starter and able to collaborate with various teams within the company.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next-generation endpoint technology.
- Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.
- Perform Demos and Proof of Concepts, on a regular basis, typically from a cloud instance but also leveraging our on-premise solution.
- Understand the typical Attack life cycle and where the Cybereason solution helps and eradicates complex business challenges.
- 5+ years of technical experience as a sales engineer in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Awareness or relationships with major technology partners in Israel.
- Knowledge of overall security industry trends, products and solutions, IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences. Ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms to a wide variety of audiences with varying technical skill levels.
- Intelligence and an aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product development teams.
- Security clearance preferred (or be willing to go through the clearance process).
