Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Partnerships Executive to hunt and develop new business. This role is a pure new business position focused on building a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through closing, with no inbound support. The executive will be responsible for researching F500 and target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and crafting personalized outreach strategies. High-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels will be required, including conducting discovery calls to uncover pain points and align Lucky Strike Entertainment's offerings with prospect needs. The role also involves launching targeted outbound campaigns to introduce new guests to venues and experiences for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The executive will also develop outbound playbooks, establish pipeline tracking and forecasting processes, and set KPIs. Continuous analysis of conversion data will be crucial for refining targeting, messaging, and strategy. This position offers a commission-based structure with tiered performance leading to stronger earnings. Collaboration with Event Sales, Enterprise Events Executives, and Marketing is essential for smooth lead transitions and aligned outbound efforts. The role requires approximately 50% travel to client meetings and key events.
