This is a pure new business role focused on hunting and developing new business. The Enterprise Partnerships Executive will own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close with no inbound support. Responsibilities include researching F500 and target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and crafting personalized outreach strategies. The role involves high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, conducting discovery calls to uncover pain points and align Lucky Strike Entertainment's offerings. Additionally, the executive will launch targeted outbound campaigns to introduce new guests to venues and experiences for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The role also involves developing outbound playbooks, establishing pipeline tracking and reporting processes, and setting KPIs. Continuous analysis of conversion data is expected to refine targeting, messaging, and strategy. Collaboration with Event Sales, Enterprise Events Executives, and Marketing is key, as is travel to client meetings and key events (approximately 50% of the time).
