This is a pure new business role focused on hunting and developing new business within F500 companies. The executive will own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close with no inbound support. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach strategies, conducting high-volume outreach, and launching targeted outbound campaigns for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The role also involves building outbound playbooks, establishing pipeline tracking and forecasting processes, setting and managing KPIs, and analyzing conversion data to refine strategy. The position requires travel to client meetings and key events, approximately 50% of the time.
