This is a pure new business role focused on hunting and developing new business within F500 target accounts. The executive will own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close, with no inbound support. Responsibilities include researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach, conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social, and running discovery calls to uncover pain points and align offerings to prospect needs. The role also involves launching targeted outbound campaigns for corporate events, group outings, and team building. Additionally, the executive will build outbound playbooks, establish pipeline tracking and forecasting processes, set and manage KPIs, and analyze conversion data to refine strategy. The position requires travel to client meetings and key events, approximately 50% of the time.
