About The Position

This is a pure new business role focused on hunting and developing new business within F500 target accounts. The Executive will own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close with no inbound support. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach strategies, conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media, running discovery calls, and launching targeted outbound campaigns for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The role also involves building outbound playbooks, establishing pipeline tracking and forecasting processes, setting and managing KPIs, and analyzing conversion data to refine strategy. The position requires travel of approximately 50% of the time to client meetings and key events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and net new pipeline development
  • Proven track record in hunter-style sales roles - no order-taking, no warm queues, just building from zero
  • Comfortable with rejection - resilient, coachable, and energized by a challenge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you craft compelling outreach from scratch and know how to get a response
  • Self-starter who builds structure and momentum without needing a playbook handed to them
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline forecasting tools
  • Strategic researcher - you know how to identify decision-makers, read an org chart, and find the right angle into any account
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and GEMS

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Develop New Business
  • Own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close with no inbound support
  • Research F500 and target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies for each prospect
  • Conduct high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social - running discovery calls to uncover pain points and align Lucky Strike Entertainment's offerings to prospect needs
  • Launch targeted outbound campaigns to introduce new guests to our venues and experiences across corporate events, group outings, and team building
  • Develop outbound playbooks including prospecting frameworks, messaging strategies, and outreach cadences
  • Establish pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability
  • Set and manage KPIs including outbound activity, meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and pipeline value
  • Continuously analyze conversion data to refine targeting, messaging, and strategy
  • Partner closely with Event Sales and Enterprise Events Executives to ensure qualified leads transition smoothly into booked and retained accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outbound efforts with brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Travel to client meetings and key events as needed - approximately 50% of your time will be in the field
