Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Partnerships Executive to hunt and develop new business. This role is a pure new business position focused on building a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close, with no inbound support. The executive will research F500 and target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies. Responsibilities include conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, running discovery calls to uncover pain points, and aligning Lucky Strike Entertainment's offerings with prospect needs. The role also involves launching targeted outbound campaigns to introduce new guests to venues and experiences for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The executive will be responsible for developing outbound playbooks, establishing pipeline tracking and reporting processes, and setting KPIs. Continuous analysis of conversion data is expected to refine targeting, messaging, and strategy. This position offers a commission-based structure with quarterly quotas paid monthly on a tiered basis. Collaboration with Event Sales, Enterprise Events Executives, and Marketing is key to ensure smooth transitions and aligned efforts. Travel to client meetings and key events is required, approximately 50% of the time.
