About the position
The Enterprise Architect position at Stord is responsible for optimizing the company's technology stack, identifying solution gaps, integrating systems, and training stakeholders on new functions and features. They will work closely with business leaders to implement technology-backed alternatives to manual processes and build a scalable technology stack for future growth. The role requires expertise in Salesforce and API integration, as well as experience with various software applications such as Communications, ERP, Marketing Automation, and BI. The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in enabling business leaders to thrive and drive internal productivity through technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the Stord technology stack by identifying solution gaps, eliminating redundancies, integrating systems, training stakeholders on new functions & features, and monitoring performance of individual applications (both functionality and usage).
- Proactively work with leadership throughout the business to scope, procure, and implement technology solutions.
- Build connections between software applications using out of the box integration capabilities when possible, and API integration when necessary.
- Develop and implement a framework for documentation, release strategy, process mapping & visualization, and change management within the application portfolio and roadmap.
- Develop, maintain, implement, and communicate a roadmap for the evolution of the application portfolio from current to future state.
- Understand, manage, and communicate dependencies across a broad portfolio of projects and products.
- Apply system integrations with Salesforce at the core to ensure software applications are implemented with seamless system connections required for full customer lifecycle data connections.
- Maintain subject matter expertise for systems/technologies by staying current with industry trends.
- Have 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Possess technical systems experience, with additional weight given to candidates with experience in implementing and integrating Communications (UCaaS, CCaaS, VOIP), Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, Project Management, Compensation Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications.
- Have API integration experience, with Boomi specific experience being a plus.
- Demonstrate strong project coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions within Salesforce environments
- Technical systems experience is a must have
- Progressive weight will be assigned to candidates that also have experience implementing and integrating Communications (UCaaS, CCaaS, VOIP), Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, Project Management, Compensation Management, Business Intelligence (BI) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications
- API integration experience is a must have, Boomi specific experience would be nice
- Strong project coordination and multi-tasking abilities
- Deep experience and expertise in system integrations with Salesforce at the core
