About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering the US Central territory, specifically Texas and Colorado, you will win and grow enterprise customers by becoming a trusted partner to technical teams and their leaders. You will own a territory of larger organizations and drive complex sales from first conversation through signature, working with named enterprise accounts of 1,001 to 5,000 employees. The role involves regular travel to customers in the region. You will generate new-logo pipeline through account planning, outbound campaigns, and converting community adoption and inbound signals into structured opportunities. You will lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conduct discovery, quantify business impact, build business cases, map decision makers, and partner with Solutions Engineers on technical evaluations and proofs of concept. You will manage sales through security, legal, and procurement reviews, typically over two to four months, negotiate commercial terms, then hand customers over to Customer Success and plan for expansion. The role works closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product as n8n develops its enterprise sales segment. The company describes its culture as remote-first, with autonomy, experimentation, and high talent density; US sales roles may be hybrid, as specified in the job description.
