About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering the US West territory of California and Washington, you will win and grow enterprise customers by serving as a trusted partner to technical teams and their leaders. You will own a territory of larger organizations and drive complex sales from the first conversation through signature, then hand customers over to Customer Success and plan for expansion across teams and use cases. You will build and execute account plans for named enterprise accounts with 1,001 to 5,000 employees, generate new-logo pipeline through outbound campaigns and community or inbound signals, and lead multi-stakeholder sales processes. You will work with champions to understand needs, quantify business impact, and develop business cases; coordinate decision-makers across engineering, IT, security, and procurement; and partner with Solutions Engineers on technical evaluations and proofs of concept. You will manage security, legal, and procurement reviews, typically over two to four months, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain control of next steps. The role is remote in the US West territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region. The company describes its culture as remote-first, autonomous, experimental, and high in talent density. US sales roles may be hybrid; check the job description. Applicants must already have the right to work in the US, as visa sponsorship is offered for Germany only.
