About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads and educate them about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. The role involves building professional relationships, understanding client needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and providing supportive service throughout the client experience. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete any applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- A client-centered and people-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Initiative and effective problem-solving ability.
- Confidence learning computer functions and remote platforms.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
