English Bilingual HR Data Entry Specialist
About The Position
The English Bilingual HR Data Entry Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for employee lifecycle transactions through the HR ticketing system. The role ensures accurate and timely employee data management across separations, status changes, store transfers, and HRIS records. The specialist validates, documents, and processes ticketed HR requests in the HRIS while handling confidential information and maintaining compliance in a multi-state environment. This is an in-person position in the San Juan, Puerto Rico area, with hours Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Puerto Rico local time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HRIS, HR administration, or data management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be local to the San Juan area of Puerto Rico.
Nice To Haves
- Ticketer experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process HR tickets for employee separations, including validating requests, deactivating employees across systems, and assigning offboarding checklists.
- Ensure compliance with state final pay obligations.
- Process employee status-change tickets, including promotions, demotions, market transfers, and full-time/part-time changes; validate requests, prepare offer letters, and update employee accounts.
- Manage store-transfer tickets and ensure documentation, offer letters, checklists, and account updates are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with market leadership to ensure timely and accurate ticket processing.
- Maintain and update the monthly store management list and determine commission eligibility.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with Payroll to resolve data discrepancies or system issues.
