About The Position
Speria is seeking a Engineering Manager - Solutions for a HYBRID role to drive the technical delivery of enterprise-scale customer implementations of our core SaaS platform. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position, focused on solution design, integration quality, and execution through go-live. The Sr Tech Lead - Solutions partners closely with Product, Core Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams to ensure customer-specific solutions are technically sound, scalable, and operationally ready, while remaining actively involved in design, problem-solving, and delivery execution. The role requires a manager that can lead by example when it comes to coding. Managers are expected to code, usually on more complex projects.

Responsibilities
