About The Position

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking an Engineering Intern to join its team in Greeley, Colorado. The intern will work with the design team, take a consultative role, and support the field marketing team in building relationships with civil engineering clients while contributing to commercial objectives. The role offers practical experience supporting engineers, contractors, and developers on civil and/or environmental engineering projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program; Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, database management software, and basic CAD.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department design engineers to present project-specific solutions to clients.
• Provide designs and advice to help secure and integrate company products into site plans.
• Assist with engineering designs and plans under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support effective communication and timely project completion.
• Support submittals, production, and product delivery.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project progress and quality.
• Maintain engineering standards and procedures.
