Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness

OpenLoop Health•Des Moines, IA

About The Position

The Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness helps ensure that product launches, pathways, and operational changes reach OpenLoop’s Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams accurately, on time, and in an actionable format. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Readiness, this role executes key parts of launch readiness projects, owns updates to existing enablement content, and maintains the source of truth as the business evolves. The role is suited to someone with experience in a customer-facing or revenue-generating position who understands the challenges of having to sell or support an incompletely explained change. The specialist uses that perspective to create practical documentation and training for field teams while applying OpenLoop’s established enablement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, plain-language content.
  • Comfort asking questions, pursuing answers, and following through without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or certifications in instructional design, employee enablement, or project management.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems such as Confluence, an LMS, and project tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a B2B services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute defined tasks within product and program launch readiness projects.
  • Build Confluence documentation, develop eLearning courses using Articulate and EasyLlama, and draft toolkit materials such as FAQs and quick-reference guides.
  • Interview subject matter experts across Product, Clinical Program Operations, and Product Engineering, and translate gathered information into clear, accurate content for revenue teams.
  • Apply established enablement frameworks and templates to new products and pathways.
  • Own defined projects updating existing programs and products, from identifying changes through revising documentation and training materials.
  • Keep GTM content in Confluence organized, current, and easy to find, and flag outdated or conflicting information.
  • Track work and deadlines in the team's system of record and close the loop with stakeholders when updates go live.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, Clinical Program Operations, and Product Engineering to gather inputs, review drafts, and confirm accuracy.
  • Ensure customer-facing teams receive consistent, accurate information about what is changing and why.
