About The Position

Asana is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to manage and grow a large book of mid-market and enterprise accounts in the healthcare segment. The role balances winning new customers through disciplined prospecting with expanding and renewing existing paying accounts. It involves closing a high volume of deals each quarter, from transactional opportunities to larger enterprise agreements, and developing smaller deals into more strategic agreements over time. Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but is not required. The role is based in Asana’s New York, San Francisco, or Chicago office and follows an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees may work from home on Wednesdays; Friday work-from-home availability depends on the work and partner teams. Recruiters can provide details about the in-office requirements. The sales team emphasizes customer-centric, value-based selling and collaboration across go-to-market teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to improve customer experience and support long-term growth.
