Emergency Response Coordinator -BD / Sales & Marketing
About The Position
Implement4 has partnered with an established restoration company in Houston to hire an Emergency Response Coordinator who will help launch and grow its emergency response division. The company generates approximately $6 million in annual revenue through complementary restoration services and is investing strategically in expanded emergency response capabilities. The program will be led by an industry professional with more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in restoration, including developing and implementing emergency response operations for multiple organizations. The coordinator will be one of the first points of contact following residential fire losses, helping homeowners begin recovery while coordinating emergency mitigation services. The primary focus is developing relationships that lead to residential fire restoration opportunities; as the program grows, the role will also support business development in the multifamily market. The position involves field work, communicating with homeowners during difficult situations, and representing the company with professionalism and empathy. The successful candidate will help establish the company's reputation for exceptional emergency response and contribute to the division's long-term growth. Compensation is a base salary of $80,000–$100,000, with performance incentive opportunities and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance. The benefits package is currently being finalized.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restoration, emergency services, insurance restoration, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in the field and responding to emergency situations.
- Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Respond to residential fire losses and assist homeowners through the initial stages of restoration.
- Coordinate emergency mitigation services with internal operations teams.
- Maintain clear communication with customers from first contact through project handoff.
- Provide a professional, compassionate, and timely customer experience.
- Build relationships with fire departments, insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners.
- Represent the company professionally in the community and identify opportunities to expand referral networks throughout the Houston market.
- Generate residential fire restoration opportunities through consistent field engagement.
- Support growth of the emergency response program and help develop multifamily relationships as the division expands.
- Work with leadership to establish processes, communication standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of response activities and customer interactions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives as the program grows.
