About The Position

Paul Davis is seeking a retired firefighter or experienced first responder to coordinate emergency response for fire-damaged properties. The role builds relationships with local fire departments and first responders, responds to client needs, conducts initial damage assessments, and arranges emergency services through vendors. The coordinator supports property owners through the restoration process and works with the internal restoration team and insurance adjusters to facilitate claims. This is a service-oriented coordination role with no hands-on manual labor. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Requirements

Retired firefighter or emergency responder with experience handling fire-related disasters.
Ability to assess damage, prioritize response, and coordinate vendors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to support clients and emergency teams.
Compassionate, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local fire departments and first responders.
Develop referral relationships with fire departments and first responders to generate business opportunities.
Serve as the first point of contact for fire-damaged properties and respond quickly to client needs.
Conduct initial site visits to assess fire, smoke, and water damage and advise on next steps.
Coordinate emergency board-ups, roof tarping, and structural stabilization through vendors; do not perform board-ups personally.
Help property owners understand the restoration process and connect them with resources.
Coordinate with the internal restoration team and insurance adjusters to support a smooth claims process.
