About The Position

Paul Davis is seeking a retired firefighter or experienced first responder to coordinate emergency responses for fire-damaged properties. The coordinator builds relationships with local fire departments and first responders, serves as a point of contact for affected property owners, assesses initial damage, and arranges emergency services through vendors. The role also supports clients through the restoration and insurance process. It does not involve performing manual labor or conducting board-ups. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Requirements

Retired firefighter or experienced emergency responder with experience handling fire-related disasters.
Ability to assess damage, prioritize response, and coordinate vendors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local fire departments and first responders.
Develop referral relationships to generate business opportunities.
Respond quickly as the first point of contact for fire-damaged properties.
Conduct initial site visits to assess fire, smoke, and water damage and explain next steps.
Coordinate emergency board-ups, roof tarping, and structural stabilization through vendors; do not perform board-ups.
Help property owners understand the restoration process and connect them with resources.
Coordinate with the internal restoration team and insurance adjusters to support the claims process.
