Electrical Engineer, Capacity Delivery
About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, focusing on delivering gigawatts of compute power faster than anyone else. The Capacity Delivery Team is responsible for the technical execution of building data centers, from initial drawings to energization. This involves engineering gigawatts from drawing to energized in months, designing data centers that can be built in months, and iterating on a reference design for rapid deployment. The Electrical Engineer will own electrical engineering for assigned sites, including reviewing electrical packages, answering field RFIs, and supporting energization readiness.
Requirements
- Done electrical engineering for data center or industrial distribution.
- Read one-lines, panel schedules, and studies fluently.
- Supported field electrical work and energization sequences.
- Rigorous about pre-energization paperwork because you know why it exists.
Nice To Haves
- PE track.
- MV systems.
- Power studies in SKM or ETAP.
- NFPA 70E.
Responsibilities
- Own electrical engineering for assigned sites: review, field support, and energization readiness.
- Review electrical packages against the reference design: one-lines, schedules, and studies.
- Answer field electrical RFIs in hours and drive recurring issues into the standard.
- Support energization: torque records, insulation test results, and checklists verified before anything closes on power.
