About The Position

Raley’s is hiring a detail-oriented, positive, and passionate eCart Team Lead to help execute the department’s day-to-day operations and provide customers with a memorable experience. The role involves selecting high-quality groceries ordered online, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service. The Team Lead also helps grow the eCart business, uses technology to complete daily tasks, and may assist with other tasks throughout the store as assigned. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Be friendly and hardworking.
Be self-motivated and attentive to detail, quality, and presentation.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions.
Reliably meet the required work schedule and follow the company attendance policy.
Be able to perform the described physical activities, including standing, sitting, lifting and stocking up to 50 pounds, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, and bending.

Customer service, grocery, or similar experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Provide memorable customer service during daily customer interactions.
Accurately select the highest-quality grocery products ordered online by customers.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Raley’s products and offerings.
Offer innovative ideas and take action to grow the eCart business.
Use necessary technology to complete daily tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete other tasks throughout the store as assigned.
