About The Position

Raley’s is hiring a detail-oriented, positive, and passionate eCart Lead Shopper to help execute the day-to-day operations of the eCart department and provide customers with a memorable experience. The role involves selecting high-quality groceries ordered online, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service. Team members may also be assigned other tasks throughout the store. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Be friendly and hardworking; interest in food is a plus.
Be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions.
Reliably meet the required work schedule and follow the company attendance policy.
Safely work in a fast-paced environment.
For current Raley’s employees: apply through the internal portal, have no disciplinary action during the past six months, and have a recommendation and endorsement from the current leader.

Responsibilities

Provide memorable customer service during daily customer interactions.
Accurately select the highest-quality grocery products ordered online by customers.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Raley’s products and offerings.
Provide innovative ideas and take action to grow the eCart business.
Use necessary technology to complete daily tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other tasks throughout the store as assigned.
