About The Position

Infosys Engineering focuses on product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions, a data-first approach to engineering and value-stream management, and technologies such as AI, ML, and predictive analytics. The team uses these approaches to improve delivery processes, accelerate time to market, and provide stakeholders with insights that support productivity and growth. In the Technology Consultant 2 role, the employee contributes to requirements elicitation and documentation, facilitates application design discussions, and records design decisions. The role includes hands-on coding and feature integration, code review and repository maintenance, implementing test strategies and coordinating bug fixes, and supporting software quality. The employee also develops user training and support materials, helps resolve production issues, recommends preventive measures, and documents code, testing, and support activities. The position requires end-to-end testing across multiple interconnected applications, with live lab and network-device testing experience preferred. The work may involve relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys states that it cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
