About The Position

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and continually improving fleet operations efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. The role involves using a company van and mobile app, responding to on-demand requests, and being active throughout the shift.

The scheduled shift is Thursday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The pay range is $19–$19 USD per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage and paid time off.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• Flexible schedule, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to find scooters and swap batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
