About The Position

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and continually improving fleet operations efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate and rebalance vehicles throughout the city, swap batteries, perform quality checks, and complete minor repairs. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout an entire shift.

Part-time or full-time candidates are welcome to apply. Available shifts are Monday–Wednesday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m., and Friday–Tuesday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Be able to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layouts.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to find scooters and swap batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
