About The Position

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and continually improving fleet-operation efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout an entire shift.

Veo plans to launch its services in the Jacksonville community in Fall 2026. Applicants may apply to hear more closer to the launch date.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 lbs without assistance.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• Flexible schedule, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap their batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
