About The Position

Veo is a shared micromobility provider whose mission is to make clean transportation accessible and help end car dependency. The company designs and manufactures its vehicles, hardware, and software in-house and operates directly in local markets across North America.

The E-Scooter Delivery Driver helps provide riders with a reliable experience by maintaining vehicles and improving fleet operations. Drivers use a company van to locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles around the city, perform quality checks and minor repairs, and respond to requests to retrieve scooters. This 1099 position is scheduled Monday and Thursday through Sunday, 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. Pay is $16 per hour. A company van is provided. Candidates must live near or have reliable transportation to the warehouse on Culebra Road in San Antonio, Texas. The position is not eligible for benefits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Must live near or have reliable transportation to the warehouse on Culebra Road in San Antonio, Texas.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• Flexible schedule, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to find scooters and swap batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
