About The Position

Veo is a North American shared micromobility provider whose mission is to end car dependency by making clean transportation accessible to all. The company designs and manufactures its vehicles, hardware, and software in-house and operates local markets directly to support safe, reliable service. Veo is seeking operations professionals to maintain vehicles and improve fleet operations while providing riders with an excellent experience. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, perform quality checks and minor repairs, and respond to retrieval requests. The role involves working actively throughout a shift and using a company van and a mobile app. The stated shift is Thursday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Be able to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to find scooters and swap their batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
