About The Position

Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and continually improving fleet-operation efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. The role suits a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout a shift.

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. The pay range is $18 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Be able to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to find scooters and swap their batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
