About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps customers purchase vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactions in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves promptly responding to leads, answering questions, sharing information, and guiding customers from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

Associates help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options that fit their needs and budgets, and close sales. They provide a strong customer experience before and after purchase, follow up to support customer satisfaction and loyalty, and help transition customers to the Service department. The position offers a supportive team environment and potential career paths into finance, management, and other areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities
