About The Position

The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate sells new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find suitable vehicles, and following up with them throughout the sales process. Associates can begin working on AutoNation’s competitive commission pay plan and receive hands-on, digital, and classroom training to support their development and career growth.

Requirements

• Over one year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s productivity standards.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
