The role supports clients with logistics and delivery inquiries and involves coordination with internal supply chain teams to resolve shipment issues, provide delivery updates, and maintain accurate logistics documentation. Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Genuine interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service mindset for handling delivery matters.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients and manage end-to-end logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain departments to support timely dispatch and resolve shipment issues.
• Monitor delivery tracking systems and provide proactive customer updates.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and logistical challenges professionally and accurately.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the company’s logistics database.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and delivery timelines.
