About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a German Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join a leading logistics and supply chain enterprise in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves managing shipment flows and client expectations while ensuring operational excellence and a smooth delivery experience for German-speaking clients. This is an on-site opportunity requiring the successful candidate to relocate to Sofia. The advisor will manage logistics inquiries, coordinate with supply chain departments, carriers, and end-users, monitor delivery performance, communicate shipment updates to international stakeholders, and troubleshoot delivery issues. The role also uses logistics software for shipment tracking and inventory documentation and contributes to improving regional distribution processes.
Requirements
- Native or fluent spoken and written German.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A proven background or strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer-centric solutions.
- A valid EU passport or legal right to work within the European Union.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics inquiries and ensure seamless delivery experiences for German-speaking clients.
- Coordinate with supply chain departments, carriers, and end-users to resolve transit discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor real-time delivery performance metrics and maintain service standards.
- Communicate supply chain status updates clearly and professionally to international stakeholders.
- Proactively troubleshoot potential delivery bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
- Use logistics software to track shipments and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the regional distribution network.
