Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the fitness and wellness industry and interest in health-focused wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex device settings in a simple manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking users regarding Fitbit fitness trackers and smartwatches.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting health-tracking synchronization, mobile app connectivity, and wearable hardware issues.
• Promote the fitness and wellness lifestyle by educating users on the features of their devices to help them reach their personal health goals.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest fitness software releases and product enhancements.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
