About The Position

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment. Crew Members work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee’s employer and is responsible for its own employees, wages, and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
Able to count money and make change.
Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
Work and interact respectfully with others.
Able to learn and execute multiple tasks.
Demonstrate guest focus, urgency, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards, integrity, honesty, and respect for others.

Responsibilities

Deliver great and friendly guest experiences.
Prepare and serve products according to operational, quality, and Brand standards.
Work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs.
Provide guest service and resolve guest issues using the Brand-recommended guest recovery process.
Follow Brand standards, recipes, systems, and marketing initiatives.
Follow safety, food safety, sanitation guidelines, and applicable laws.
Maintain a clean, neat work environment.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and payments accurately.
Meet restaurant standards and contribute to profitability.
Communicate with team members and maintain respectful working relationships.
Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
Meet or exceed goals and contribute to overall team performance.
Identify and resolve issues, make decisions using available information, and involve others when necessary.
