About The Position

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. The restaurant is independently owned and operated under a Dunkin' Donuts franchise. If hired, the franchisee—not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Dunkin' Donuts, or their affiliates—will be the employee's employer and will determine its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
Able to count money and make change.
Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
Work well with and interact respectfully with others.
Communicate with team members.
Able to learn and execute multiple tasks.

Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards.

Maintain guest and team relationships, show urgency, and follow through on improving guest satisfaction.
Identify and resolve issues, make decisions using available information, and include others when necessary.
