About The Position

The Dunkin’ Crew Member helps keep the store running by preparing drinks and food, serving customers, and supporting the team. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. It also requires lifting up to 40 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

This position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employee’s employer if hired. Franchisees independently set their wage and benefit programs, which may vary.
